Models of towers include high-rise and mid-rise buildings. With this type, our objective is always to create a model that, when photographed against the natural sky and lighting conditions would look real in every respect. To achieve this, we thoroughly study the concerned building and analyze its main architectural features and details to determine the required coloring effects, hatch patterns to reflect material, and glazing elements.
We pay special attention to lighting effects. An appropriate light source is inserted into the model core, which is designed to permit light to pass through to visible windows in a random fashion thus creating a realistic representation of a lit tower. Sometime it becomes necessary to design the lighting elements within a sandwich of each floor plate to permit separate building units to be lit separately and at will. This is mostly used when interactive lighting is required.
Cost of tower models greatly depends on: scale (size), complexity of shape, façade material, number & details of balconies, podium design and landscaping, water features, and lighting requirements. We strive however to submit reasonable proposals that meets clients’ objectives and budgets.
