Constructed to showcase the building's modern, curved architectural design, the model incorporates a variety of techniques and materials to achieve a high level of detail. For instance, all the miniature furniture pieces, such as the lounge chairs by the infinity pool and the exercise equipment in the gym, appear to have been 3D printed and then carefully hand-painted to achieve a realistic finish. The striking infinity pool on the fourth floor is simulated using clear resin, giving the impression of water and highlighting its seamless edge. Magnifique, thin slabs of material, likely laser-cut or precisely molded, form the building's floors and roof, creating a sense of elegant layering from top to bottom. The extensive glass facades are represented by transparent sheets, allowing views into the illuminated interiors, such as the fitness center. The surrounding landscape features hand-placed miniature trees and carefully detailed ground surfaces, enhancing the overall presentation of this amenity-rich residential clubhouse.
