Programming for model lighting, sound, and special features control

When clients desire to control the lighting of a model for purposes of explaining (features, locations, zones, types, and other criterion), then a programmed lighting system is the solution which could be either manual using standard buttons assigned to various areas, or by using a tablet connected remotely or by wire.  When this system is used, it could be linked to other client programs such as inventory.  For an example: In a tower project, the client may wish to light separate unit types, floors, available, sold, or on hold separately.
